Our Booking Process Contact us below for a personalised quote sent via email. If not received an email from us within 48 hours, please check your junk box in case our reply is there. If you are happy to proceed, we will send you a booking form and details of how to pay a non-refundable deposit in order to secure your wedding date with us. You can also fill in your music choices or ideas so far in our booking form but we will confirm songs nearer to the date. Once the contract is signed and deposit paid, we will email you confirmation and schedule an initial consultation to start planning music for your special day. If you ever have any queries/questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Before The Big Day We pride ourselves on offering a tailored service so that the music for your wedding day is exactly what you hope for. We discuss with you in advance what music you're after and how we can best fit in with your vision. We offer consultations via telephone, email or Zoom so that we can get an idea of your day and help with music ideas for your wedding. We will be in contact with you via email right up to the big day itself. In order to make our part of your day run as smoothly as possible, we will also be in touch with you to check things like venue access, performance space, backup options if you're planning an outside wedding etc. We will finalise and confirm details with you no later than one month before your wedding date, so there won't be any last-minute panic.
On The Day We will arrive between 20-30 minutes before our start time to make sure we are set up (you will never be charged for this time). If chosen a Ceremony package, we will entertain your guests for up to 30 minutes before the ceremony is due to start. During the ceremony, we will play for the entrance of the bridal party, the signing of the register, and the exit of the bride & groom (and at any other points in the ceremony where you may want music, including hymns). If booking us for more than just the ceremony, we will then move to the reception or meal location and entertain your guests for the remainder of your booking time.
Choosing Music Choosing the right music for your wedding is important to every couple. You can have a look at our repertoire here to get an idea of what music we already have. Your booking includes us arranging one new piece free of charge, so if you have a favourite song, not on the song list, let us know! If you want more than one new arrangement this is possible for an additional fee per piece.
